About Us

We dig, set spike and occassionally block! Coventry Rovers Volleyball Club was founded by a group of Rover Chassis Engineers at Longbridge some twenty years ago. Although Rover, the car company, has since faded out of existence. Coventry Rovers Volleyball is going strong.

We have teams in the Leicestershire Leagues and players come from all over Coventry, Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

We usually play volleyball on Monday evenings during term-time at Bablake School,Coventry CV1 4AU and out of term-time we play at Warwick University.

We welcome new players, both male and female, to our sessions (although this season we will only be entering a Men's team in the Leicestershire League). If you have any questions about the club feel free to contact us by email or you can ring Jim, our club captain on 0770 429 0425.

For other teams in Coventry please see Warwick Riga, who play in the National League. There is also a team in Nuneaton, a student team at Warwick University and sessions for total beginners running at Hinckley.
